Delivery Information

Local (Singapore) Order

  • All orders are posted out using Singpost Normal Mail by default.
  • We will NOT be held responsible for any Lost Mail via Normal Mailing.
  • We highly recommend Registered Mail or Courier because your order will come with a Tracking Number and we will be able to track it.
  • Orders will be sent out to Singpost 1 - 2 working days after completion of payment.
  • Usually you can expect receiving of your order within 3 to 5 working days from order date when you opt for your delivery service via Singpost's Standard Mail or Registered Mail service.
  • If you happen to not be home when a delivery was made via SingPost, a notice slip will be left at your doorstep to advise you on how and where your parcel can be collected from.
  • Free with a minimum purchase of  SGD80.00 in an order.
  • If you do not receive an email stating your order has been posted out after ONE week, please contact us at lemon@thelemonland.com


Courier (Standard shipping)

  • Courier is chargeable at a flat rate of SGD5.00 per order.
  • Delivery takes 1 - 3 working days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Item is mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable. 
  • Customer or address (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.


International Orders (Overseas Postage)

  • Delivery cost is a SGD20 flat rate!
  • Free for purchases over SGD$200.
  • Delivery will take approximately 7 working days from payment verification - depending on destination.
  • Delivery company is via airmail Singpost.
  • Delivery is trackable. Customer or addressee will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • Do contact your local postal service with the tracking no. provided for your parcel updates once it has reached your country.

Return / Exchange
If you would like to return/exchange (limited to certain items) within 7 days after purchased, you can send us back the item and we will exchange for you. In this case, customer will have to bare all postage.
If there is any problem of the item, you can contact us, send us back the item and we will resend you the good item if available. In this case, we share the postage, customer bare the return shipping and we have to resend shipping, win win :)
